　　施凯闵博士在美国斯坦福大学获环境科学与工程专业硕士和博士学位，现任职香港大学土木工程系，曾任台湾环保署一级水处理专家、一级大气污染控制专家。施凯闵博士目前主要从事环境新材料的工程化及材料性质研究、环境新材料在污染控制尤其是固体废物和废水处理中的应用研究等。
