内容简介：

It will introduce the concept of ecosystem services, and the major challenges on measuring ecosystem services for policy. There is a data gap on biophysical measurements linking ecosystem functions to human benefits. It will present a new framework known as the “10-step approach” for measuring ecosystem services, and how the framework is used to evaluate five ecosystem services from the Yongding River Green Ecological Corridor in Beijing.

报告人简介：

   Christina P. Wong，美籍，来自美国旧金山，富布赖特学者，独立学者，生态学家，中国科学院生态环境研究中心的研究学者。是活跃在学术界和多个国际组织的生态学家。2015-2017 年10多次受美国政府、世界银行、联合国环境规划署、亚洲发展银行、经济合作与发展组织、中山大学、北京师范大学等政府、研究机构和大学的邀请，进行学术讲座和交流。获得美国荣誉最高、难度最大的富布赖特科学奖学金国家研究计划，研究方向为中国生态文明建设的制度改革。她曾经针对北京永定河的生态走廊修复，开展了大量的基础研究，相关成果发表在生态学领域顶级杂志Ecology Letters 和 水文水资源顶级杂志Water Resources Research。Christina 博士对生态系统服务和可持续发展有独到而深刻的见解。
