报告人简介：

Dr. Xiangru Zhang is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Director of the Environmental Engineering Program in School of Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include innovative water and wastewater treatment processes, and emerging contaminant detection, toxicity and control. He has generated over 70 journal papers, many of which are published in leading environmental journals. As a recognition of his achievements in the area of disinfection byproducts, he was invited to give talks in “Gordon Research Conference on Drinking Water Disinfection Byproducts” in 2012, 2015 and 2017 and in “Xiangshan Science Conference on Health Risk and Control of Disinfection Byproducts in China” in 2017. He serves as an Associate Editor of an Elsevier journal, Chemosphere.
