报告内容: Bioprocesses take place in an aqueous environment which is affected by and affects the multiple weak acid/base systems that control pH. Currently integrated bioprocess and multiple weak acid/base models are being developed for a range of wastewater treatment applications including anaerobic digestion, biological sulphate reduction and the SANI system. In order to model, measure and control such integrated systems, a thorough understanding of the interaction between the bioprocesses and multiple weak acid/bases is required. This lecture examines the basic principles of such interaction on which modelling algorithms and measurement procedures are based, in particular the lumped parameter alkalinity and its measurement.
